SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We wish we can hand deliver all of our package to our customer, but we do have to rely on the USPS to ship and deliver to our customers. We understand unfortunate situations such as delayed, missing, or stolen packages may occur. Prokora Active has no control in the delivery of our packages once they have been turned over to the postal service. Prokora Active cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services. If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to guide you through the process of locating your package.
In the case that you find your order doesn’t fit, we want to make your experience with exchanging and returning your items easy and hassle free here at Prokora Active.
After you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to process a return or exchange. That means you have a full 2 weeks to try on and inspect your product after receiving it to make sure it’s everything you imagined!
Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, or the hand tag has been removed, your item cannot be returned or exchanged due to industry standards on health, hygiene, wear, tear, and our policies.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Before sending your items back, please contact us at email@example.com to receive a return form that needs to be filled out and included in your package. Our awesome customer service team will then be able to provide you with the return address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Refunds can take 3-7 Business days to process.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve waited 3-7 days AND contacted your bank and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable):
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
